This is a USB-C to USB 3.0 with VGA and Type-C data and charging port hub. The USB3.0 port allows you to connect a USB device or another hub to the host computer; the USB-C female port supports both PD Charging and data; and the VGA port (DP Altmode) allows you to connect a VGA monitor so that you can watch videos or slideshows on a big screen.
